BCP supports principals in all aspects of their job functions including hiring, staff management, problem solving, and professional development. BCP leadership schedules meetings with principals at least once a week.
ADMINISTRATIVE AND BACK OFFICE SUPPORT
We provide an array of administrative and back office supports so principals can spend less time mired in paperwork and more time serving as instructional leaders. Our services include: financial management, accounting, budgeting, human resources, purchasing, accounts payable, payroll, liaison services for schools with BCPS, fundraising, marketing/communications, partnership-building, legal support, project management, and other support as necessary.
ASSESSMENT, RESEARCH AND DATA ANALYSIS
- BCP uses a number of tools to assess student, teacher, and school performance including the NWEA MAP assessment, Direct Instruction data, state test scores, and classroom observation.
- BCP staff members stay abreast of the latest educational research and research-based strategies in order to identify effective programs for use in the schools.
- BCP has developed an in-house database to support data analysis.
