We celebrated all sorts of seasonal fun this month, capped off with the grand finale– Halloween!

From field trips to costume parades, each of our six schools provided unique opportunities for students to embrace the spirit of the season and create lasting memories.

Enjoy the photos, especially all the cute photos from Halloween at BCP schools!

At City Springs Elementary / Middle School

It was all about Halloween festivities with a “Fun Friday” on October 27th with a schoolwide party and pumpkin painting. The Pre-Kindergarten held its Halloween Parade on October 31st, much to the delight of the older students.

At Frederick Elementary School

The 4th Grade enjoyed a field trip to Marshy Point Nature Center for nature‐oriented, hands‐on experiences and canoeing. On October 31st, the school community celebrated the season with a “Falloween” Trunk-A-Treat.

At Govans Elementary School

In addition to a great Trunk or Treat event on October 19th for our families, the 1st and 2nd grade classes visited the nearby Govans Enoch Pratt Free Library for stories, songs about fall, and learning a little bit of sign language.

At Hampstead Hill Academy

The Pre-Kindergarten took a field trip to Clark’s Elioak Farm, and the 3rd grade enjoyed a visit to Irvine Nature Center. On October 27th, HHA hosted a Paint Pumpkins Pink for Breast Cancer Awareness Month with all proceeds donated to the National Breast Cancer Foundation.

At Pimlico Elementary / Middle School

Festivities included a trip to a local pumpkin patch and a Trunk or Treat on October 30th.

At Wolfe Street Academy

The school’s Fall Fest on October 31st included games, lots of fun, and a very cool, WSA-themed costume by Mr. Gaither, Principal.
