Each June, Baltimore Curriculum Project (BCP) schools proudly celebrate their 5th and 8th grade students as they take the next steps in their educational journeys. Through joyful and heartfelt closing exercises, families, educators, and peers gather to recognize the achievements of these students and the bright paths that lie ahead.
This year, more than 280 8th graders from BCP’s City Springs Elementary/Middle, Hampstead Hill Academy, and Pimlico Elementary/Middle are moving on to a wide range of high schools throughout Baltimore. From selective academic programs to career and technical education pathways, BCP students are continuing their success in high school environments that match their unique goals and talents.
